For our headquarters in Baierbrunn near Munich in Germany we are looking for a?HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (M/F/D)
?

As Human Resources Manager you will provide HR leadership and business partnering support for the Baierbrunn site - approx 200 employees. This is an unique transformational role as the first 12-18 months will focus on supporting the integration of drom into Givaudan, the global leader in the Flavour and Fragrance industry. This will include a significant focus on change management and transformation, including the integration of all HR processes and cultural integration. You will lead all HR activities for the Baierbrunn site including talent management, talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, labour relations, and performance management.

That’s what you can expect from us:

  • Partner with the Baierbrunn and Givaudan management teams to develop and deliver the HR agenda aligned with our strategy
  • Manage the site headcount and local HR budgets
  • Guide the talent agenda: ensure quality of development plans, ensure talent visibility and determine approach to increase succession to essential positions
  • Lead people management activities including performance?management, compensation review and talent acquisition
  • Support managers in all HR matters and coach performance?appraisal, merit, and incentive cycles
  • Provide employee relations counsel to managers and employees?on HR matters including performance, discipline, organisationaldesign?and career development
  • Provide interpretation and guidance on human resources policies and employment law
  • Manage complex employee relation issues and ensure main HR business processes are implemented
  • Maintain HR team and managers to understand and comply with relevant legislation and employee relation policies
  • Ensure organisational compliance with employment law and implementation of new legal requirements
  • Help to define clear roles and responsibilities and streamlined internal HR processes
  • Maintain the personal development of HR Team members

You provide:

  • University degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 5 years relevant experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner, advantageously with experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in an international matrixed environment preferred
  • Experience with HR processes and practices including?knowledge of German employment and labour laws, including works constitution law
  • Experience in works council relations and in dealing with collective bargaining agreements
  • Talented in creating strong relationships at all levels throughout the organization, including social partners
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Previous people management experience is a plus
  • Experienced in project management and change management
  • Knowledge of HR systems – SuccessFactors is a plus
